Heart Rate Cycle
Heart Rate Cycle is a 45-minute numbers-based ride. We provide the roadmap, your personalized target heart rates, and the rest is up to you. Add any choreography that helps you hit your target numbers and kick your own ass.
Express Sculpt Cycle
Just like a Sculpt Cycle class but packed into just 30-minutes. This does not mean less of a workout; it just means you work harder for less time.
